Philip Turner was born in Liverpool in 1945. After a successful career in industry and finance he graduated with a degree in Fine Art from the City and Guilds London School of Art. As a figurative painter, he wonderfully extracts a visual story from the subject and with brushwork and technique gives even the most mundane, a visual interest. He lives in London and works from his studio in Wimbledon.
